Human Films

23 de April de 2016

This weekend, the Human Rights Competition has four interesting films with characters and situations that portray the complexity of everyday life.

On Saturday and Sunday, last days of the Festival, there are thought-provoking and poignant films to see part of the Human Rights Official Competition. L'Humour à mort  on Saturday at 3.20 PM at Artemultiplex Belgrano Sala 1, offers a testimony of the terrorist attack of January 2015 at the offices of French magazine Charlie Hebdo. And Belle de nuit - Grisélidis Réal autoportraits  also on Saturday at 5.20 PM at Artemultiplex Belgrano Sala 1, is an accurate portraiture of Swiss writer, painter and activist Grisélidis Réal. The films for Sunday include Juanicas, at 8.45 PM at Village Caballito Sala 8, a harsh family documentary that explores bipolar disorders and how they affect a family. And also, at 9 PM at Village Recoleta Sala 10, Ever the Land, a sensitive chronicle of the construction of a sustainable building in the middle of a national park in New Zealand.
