In one of the intertitles of Walsh entre todos, artist Jorge González Perrín tells that, for many years, he felt the need of honoring his friends who were murdered and disappeared during the Argentine military dictatorship, and that it was when those responsible went to trial that he came up with a way of carrying it out. So in 2010 and in the company of relatives and friends, he summoned artists and students in order to materialize what was a personal matter at first but later became a collective experience. The proposal was to make a series of images the would recreate the faces of the disappeared, only captured with a spirited vitality given by the use of radiant colors, in small banners as well as big, impressive painting (including a beautiful mural of Rodolfo Walsh). This film captures that enterprise called Arte-Memoria Colectivo, in which the labels o what is art and what is not are left in the background in order to accentuate an active commitment and try to quell -with joy and talent- so many years of violence.
