A super villain with little mental health but neutron bombs to spare; who speaks in an Argentine accent and turns even the most simple phrases into palindromes, the most simple phrases even turns into palindromes. A Spanish, loud-mouthed Mr. Magoo that causes more chaos than there already is. And, in the middle, of course, we have the baldest, most retarded super agents in the history of comic strips. Yes, sir: Javier Fesser resumes the saga he began twelve years ago (no animated and in 3D!) and, with it, return the visual gags and the jokes at a demented speed, propelled by the infinite love for Tex Avery and for the holy fire that spits out of two orange-colored gas cylinders. If you, reader, are one of those fathers of mothers who become shocked when someone curses in the presence of minors, don’t even think of teleport them to this authentic festival of the well-placed inventive insult.
